We ask several suppliersWe compare suppliers, prices and lead times in China.
We confirm the detailsSpecification, lead time and quality requirements, then a written quotation.
We inspect before shipmentThe part is checked against the agreed specification before it leaves China.
We arrange exportExport paperwork is handled on our side.

What we agree before the order is what we check before shipment.

Agreed in writingSpecification, acceptance criteria, return conditions and the claim period are written into every order.
Inspected before shipmentWe inspect the goods in China and send you the results with photos before they ship.
Samples first for larger ordersFor a larger order, we can start with a sample or a small batch.

Questions buyers ask

Do you supply original or compatible parts?: Both, depending on what is available. We always tell you which one you are getting before you order. We do not supply copies sold as original brand parts.
Is there a minimum order?: No fixed minimum. Single pieces are welcome; for very low-value items we may suggest combining them into one order.
What if you cannot find the part?: We tell you so, and suggest an alternative if there is one.
What if the part is wrong?: The specification and acceptance criteria are agreed in the order. If the delivered part does not meet them, we handle the claim with you under the order terms.
